The Created by You Workshops Safety Waiver I understand that I will use and/or be exposed to various tools used in our workshops such at low VOC paints, scissors, hair dryers, needle punches, hammers, and sewing needles during any of the Created by You Workshops. I agree to be responsible for any damages to The Created by You Workshops tools, equipment or facilities, to the extent and in the percentage, I cause such damages. I recognize there may be certain inherent risks in participating in the Created by You workshops. I agree to take precautions and observe all Created by You Workshop policies, recommendations, directions, rules and warnings; whether provided orally or in writing. In addition, during the COVID 19 pandemic I recognize there is additional risk in being in a public environment and I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself and my personal belongings. I agree to not attend if I have symptoms associated with Covid 19 or if I have been exposed to anyone testing positive with Covid 19 in the last 7 days. I agree to adhere to all provincial health guidelines. I further agree to release and discharge The Created by You Workshops for any injury, loss or damage that may arise out of my participation in The Created by You Workshops. I agree to indemnify and defend The Created by You Workshops and any Created by You Workshop employees against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments costs or expenses including reasonable attorney’s fees and other litigation costs which may in any way arise from my participation in Created by You Workshops. We love sharing photos of the beautiful work you do through social media and print advertising! If you would prefer not to share your photo, please opt out of the picture taking at the beginning of the workshop. I HAVE READ THE Created by You Workshop POLICIES AND THIS SAFETY WAIVER AND UNDERSTAND THEM. I FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT BY CHECKING THE “ACCEPT POLICIES” BOX, I VOLUNTARILY SURRENDER CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS THAT I MIGHT OTHERWISE HAVE.
